PROJECT

Castle Commerce Center is being redeveloped by FEDERAL in five phases with new construction covering 7.15 million square feet on 420-acres. Land uses include office, retail, industrial, research and development, education, warehouse and distribution, aircraft maintenance, air cargo, passenger aviation and other aviation-related facilities.

The site includes hundreds of acres of build-to-suit land, as well as, a wide variety of existing facilities. This unique location is within a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ). The site is designated as a Local Agency Military Base Recovery Area (LAMBRA), which qualifies operators and investors for special tax credits.
